Luke Patch, Managing Director at LP Property Lets, has a career history working within the property industry. From student lets to luxury properties, Luke has a deep-rooted passion for property.
Starting his work in property, aged just 14 years old, Luke began assisting on Saturdays and term breaks in a local independent Letting Agency. He quickly established himself and progressed from an apprentice to a Letting Negotiator. And then onto Senior Negotiator before reaching an Office Manager position.
It was upon reaching this level of seniority, and with his experience working closely both with clients and on his own personal development to ensure total knowledge and compliance, that Luke decided it was time to open his own agency.
