Client Money Protection (CMP)
LP Property Lets is a member of an approved Client Money Protection (CMP) scheme. This means any money we hold on your behalf — such as rent, holding deposits, or advance payments — is fully protected. CMP gives tenants and landlords peace of mind that their money is safe and secure at all times.
Property Redress Scheme (PRS)
We are a registered member of The Property Redress Scheme (PRS), a government-approved redress scheme for letting agents in England. If you are ever unhappy with our service and we are unable to resolve your complaint through our internal process, you can refer the matter to the PRS for an independent and free review.
Tenancy Deposit Protection (DPS)
All tenancy deposits taken by LP Property Lets are protected with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS), in line with the Housing Act 2004. Your deposit will be registered within the legal timeframe, and you will receive full details explaining how your deposit is protected and how it will be returned at the end of your tenancy.
Data Protection & Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is stored securely and used only for purposes related to letting and managing your property.
